Kunal was raised in Rourkela where his father was a civil servant and mother a voracious cook – which largely contributed to him turning out with an equally insatiable palette. Kunal went to business school at IIM-L, where he started a food appreciation club. He currently travels a lot on account of work and now maintains a travelogue cum food guide on this blog.Hydrabadi Biryani, Filet Mignon and some delicate Fusilli he discovered in Toronto. Yet a latest fancy is German cuisine from the Schnitzel to Frankfurters the Germans have a depth in everything and not just beer! He was most taken by the various kinds of cheese he found in the local grocers’ at Dortmund.
